UBICACIÓN:
El piso se encuentra a 3 min. andando de metro Gran Vía, Tribunal y Chueca; y a 7 min de Sol y Recoletos (Cercanías). Está a un paso de Malasaña, la calle Fuencarral, Recoletos y Sol. Abajo, muy cerca del piso hay supermercados (2 Día, 2 Carrerfour, Hipercor, Mercado de San Antón, Opencor), bancos, farmacias, centros de salud, tiendas, bares, centros culturales, restaurantes, discotecas, etc. La zona tiene mucho ambiente y verás que se encuentra muy bien ubicado. Caminando en menos de 15 min estarás en Parque del Retiro, la mayoría de los museos, Templo Debod, Moncloa (Cd. Universitaria), etc

EL PISO:
El piso es reformado, es totalmente exterior; cuenta con 2 wc (ambos con ducha). La cocina tiene lavavajilla, vitrocerámica, horno, microondas y TV. Todas las habitaciones tienen balcones y eso a la vez lo hace ser muy luminoso, en balcón del salón hemos instalado un pequeño desayunador muy bonito.
Ahora mismo en el piso estamos sólo 3 personas, una chica francesa, unos españoles y yo. Todas nos llevamos muy bien, el ambiente es jovial y muy agradable. Pese a que me gusta muchísimo el piso y la zona, necesito mudarme hacia un lugar más cercano a mi universidad, por lo que EL PISO ESTÁ PARA ENTRAR YA.

LA HABITACIÓN:
La habitación es hermosa. Tiene todo lo necesario: una cama individual, mesita de noche, un armario bastante amplio, repisas de madera, y lo que llegase a faltar se le puede decir al casero. La habitación tiene el mejor balcón de todas pues da a la calle principal, y es la más iluminada siempre. Pese a que en las fotos verás que la habitación se ve muy femenina, en cuanto la cojas puedes adecuarla y modificarla a tu gusto.

El precio es 450 euros más gastos de elecetricidad y wifi. Es el precio medio de una habitación bien localizada en la zona centro.

Beautiful room for rent in Madrid’s downtown
I’m leaving my room which is in Madrid’s downtown. The room is great rather for Erasmus, Young students or workers. Call me for you to come and see it, I’m sure you’ll love it. It has a perfect location with everything close from home. And it’s for entering as soon as possible!!

LOCATION:
The flat has a very strategic location. It’s at 3 min walking from metro: Gran Vía, Tribunal, and Chueca; and at 7 min from Puerta del Sol and Recoletos (both have Cercanías line). It’s between Malasaña and Chueca neiborhood, near Fuencarral street, Recoletos and Sol’s area. Outside the flat, you can find whatever you need: supermarkets (2 Día, 2 Carrerfour, Hipercor, San Antón’s Market, Opencor), banks, drog stores, hospitals, shops, bars, restaurants, discoteques, etc. You’ll see that the neiborhood has a lot of night life and a great location: you can be in less than 15 min walking at Retiro’s Park, museums, Moncloa, Barrio de las letras, etc.

THE FLAT:
The flat has been refurbished and it is totally outward-facing. It has 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, vitro, oven, microwave, and tv. Every room has its own balcony, but in the living room’s one we have put a pretty table with some chairs and it’s where we usually have breakfast every morning. It’s better for you to come and see it; it’s a very magic place.

At the moment we’re living here only 3 persons: a French girl, Spanish one and me. We have a young and friendly atmosphere here at home, although each one has their own things to do. I really like the flat and the neiborhood, but I need to find a place closer to my university. So the flat is ready to be taken NOW!!

THE ROOM:
The room is gorgeous. It has everything you can need: a personal bed, a bedside table, a closet, some ledges to put your stuff; and whatever else you need you can ask it for to the landlord. The room has the best balcony of all the rooms, and it has always a lot of light. Even though the pictures show a very feminine room, as soon as you take it you can change it to your own style.


The cost is 450 euros plus wifi and electricity costs. It's the medium cost you'll find in any goo located room.
