We offer a very luminosity 10qm flat room with an open view on a park.
The apartment is well furnitured and clean. It’s equipped with a big wardrobe,
a bed, large table and central hearing). It’s in Calle Castuera 23 second floor.
The fee is per month 320€ plus one month deposit.

We are a spanish/french/german shared flat room. Two are working and
one is still student.

The kitchen has all you need (gas stove/ oven/ washing machine/
ironing board/etc.), and the living room is pretty big with a TV,
telephone with flatrate-tariff, also wifi. (Everything included in the expenses)


It’s pretty good connected to the city centre with a Metro/ Renfe station (Laguna)
right on the other side of the park (20 minutes to Opera). Cuidad Universitaria
is just 5 metro stations away. There are also buses to Plaza España and a
night bus, too. There are also public sport facilities (baths included) just 10 minutes away.

We are searching for a polite, easygoing person who likes to live in a clean and
