We've an appartment for studients renting. It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, 2 balconies over Alcalá street, livingroom, and diningroom.

The flat is in the center of the city, we've 3 metro lines ver closed (100meters)!! We've too 10 bus lines in the door of the building and 20 more or less in 150 meters.

The appartment is in Manuel Becerra, a very nice and comfortable quarter and full of services like supermakets, pharmacies, hardware stores, shops,... and so on in less than 5 minutes walking!


The price is 350€/ month plus expenses (water, gas, electricity,...)
