In this telephone servicing position, prompt, efficient handling of incoming customer enquiries with exceptional customer service is essential. You will determine customer needs and use your knowledge of American Express products, services and policies to present solutions that satisfy both the customer and American Express business goals. Calls will include enquiries on company services, billing discrepancies, products, annual percentage rates (APR) and payment issues.
American Express is a multilingual centre and we are looking for people with different language skills. In particular, we are looking for people who are fluent / native in German.
